Hydraulic and pneumatic fittings combine precision threads, sealing surfaces and hex flats within a compact form. Our machines produce NPT, BSP, metric and SAE threads using single-point threading, while flats and chamfers can be completed in the same cycle. This reduces secondary operations and helps maintain consistent alignment between critical machined features.
A sub-spindle or live tooling can complete back-working operations without manual re-clamping. This is especially important for elbows, tees and connector bodies, where threads, sealing surfaces and other machined features must maintain accurate positional relationships.
