Correct installation and commissioning are essential to machine performance. Depending on the project scope, support may be provided by SIPENG engineers, the machine manufacturer or qualified local service partners.
Remote installation guidance may be arranged for experienced customer teams when technically suitable. The support method, schedule and responsibilities are confirmed before delivery.
Applicable foundation, power, air supply, lifting and site requirements are provided according to the selected machine and confirmed project scope.
Machine placement, anchoring, leveling and geometry re‑verification after transport.
Training content may include machine operation, basic programming, tooling setup, routine maintenance and alarm handling, according to the agreed training scope.
When included in the project scope, trial production and applicable acceptance checks are completed before project handover.
Site requirements, utility information and applicable preparation checklists are confirmed before shipment from the manufacturing facility.
Unloading, placement, leveling and geometry calibration on your floor.
When included in the commissioning scope, applicable test parts are machined and inspected under the confirmed production conditions.
Structured training for operators and programmers — CNC programming, daily operation and maintenance.
Applicable commissioning records, operating guidance and agreed project documents are reviewed before handover.
Remote assistance, parameter guidance and quick troubleshooting after handover — coordinated by SIPENG engineers and qualified service resources.
On-site service availability, travel arrangements, installation conditions, training duration, costs and responsibilities are confirmed separately for each project and customer location.
