Engineering Capabilities
From part evaluation and machine selection through fixtures and workholding, CAM programming, post-processing, simulation, CNC commissioning, FAT and production launch, our engineering team supports every stage from your drawing to production-ready equipment.

Part-driven machine selection and production planning based on drawings, materials, tolerances, production-volume and cycle-time targets, and automation requirements.

Machining processes, tooling, workholding and cutting parameters developed around the part, material and target cycle time.

CNC commissioning, PLC programming, control-system integration and automation for stable, reliable and production-ready machine operation.

Verified CAM programs, reliable post-processors and full-machine simulation help reduce commissioning risk and improve production efficiency.

Tooling selection, custom tool design, fixtures and workholding engineered for difficult materials, complex parts and stable production.

Dimensional inspection, machine accuracy checks, FAT and production-launch support are provided according to project requirements before delivery.

Materials, cutting tools and machining parameters selected and evaluated for each application and cutting condition.
Qualified heat-treatment resources coordinated where dimensional stability, hardness and component life are required.
Surface-treatment and coating resources selected according to wear, corrosion and production requirements.
Qualified balancing resources coordinated for tools and rotating components used in high-speed applications.
Runout and geometry checks arranged according to spindle, holder, tooling and project requirements.
From Your Drawing to a Production-Ready Machine

Your drawing, material, tolerances, production volume and cycle-time target are reviewed to define the most practical machine and process route.

Machine configuration, tooling layout and automation scope are planned around the part and the target cycle time.

Machining programs, toolpaths and tooling plans are prepared and checked according to project requirements before trial machining.

Where required, trial parts are machined on the configured machine to validate accuracy, cycle time and process stability.

The FAT and inspection scope is defined according to project requirements, covering agreed machine functions, geometry and sample-machining results before shipment.

Installation, commissioning, training and production-launch support are provided according to the agreed project scope.
